The Writing Process

So, this week we're thinking about the writing process and argument. Below are two prompts dealing with the writing process and argument; pick one and respond to it.

1. Think about the Superbowl commercials that you saw on Sunday. The point of these commercials is to persuade its audience to buy the product that they're selling. Write about the most persuasive commercial that you saw- what made it persuasive? How did they make an argument for their product?

2. Peer review is an important part of the writing process. All writers like to get their writing read before they either turn it in to their teacher or send it out for publishing. If you were in charge of peer review how would you change it? How would you design a peer review class?
